SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
- Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2-5 days, depending on the weight, origin, and the destination of your shipment. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer a free shipping for orders valued at PKR 5000 or more. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:
- Eligibility: You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com or 03173999198 within the 14-day period. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation for the return.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
- Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, you may choose either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for an alternative product of equal value. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and sale items, are non-returnable for hygienic reasons. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
